Subject: [PATCH] Show the symbol editor's fit button as Zoom content (#1495)

The symbol editor has no sheet to fit: its "Fit in view" action zooms on
the drawn parts (elementSceneGeometricRect()), which is what the folio
editor calls "Zoom content". Use that command's zoom-draw icon and name,
and give the action a status tip like the folio editor's.

The object name and the shortcut id stay the same, so saved shortcuts
and toolbar layouts keep working.
