Subject: [PATCH] Terminal strip: limit the level spinbox to the drawn stages

The level spinbox of the terminal strip editor allowed stages up to 6
while the strip drawing handles at most 4 stages (0 to 3), so a stage
entered there was simply not drawn. Cap the spinbox at 3 and keep the
editor consistent with the drawing and the level columns.
