Every project now opens without building its folios; a folio is built
when it is shown or something needs its items (QETProject::lazyFolios()).
QET_LAZY_FOLIOS is gone; QET_EAGER_FOLIOS=1 builds every folio on
opening, as before, for comparisons and troubleshooting. Comments that
named the old variable now say "lazy folios"; the tests switch modes
with the new one.
The first save of a .qet as .qetz still builds every folio: a .qet does
not say which program wrote it, so its folios are written again rather
than copied. A .qetz opens and saves without building.
ctest 96/96 by default and with QET_EAGER_FOLIOS=1; 342 corpus projects
save the same in all four arms and export the same. In the GUI
(qet-gui-dialog): a 136-folio .qetz opens with no folio built, shows
folios 1 to 4, saves building none, the save = the original but the time
spent in it; a .qet opens lazily, saves as a .qetz beside it after the
notice, the .qet unchanged.

Terminal numbering builds only the folios holding a terminal. The wire
numbers export reads the wires of the folios not built from the project
database, and walks a built folio's own wires instead of a
DiagramContent, which followed their potentials through folio reports
and built the folios at the other end. The wiring list export names a
folio from its title block, which a folio not built has; it still
builds every folio, writing the whole project out (toXml()).
tst_lazyfolios: wire numbers exported as when built, from a .qet and a
.qetz, building no folio (fails with DiagramContent: 27 built);
terminal numbering builds 7 folios, those with a terminal (fails with
diagrams(): 47); the wiring list as when built. ctest 96/96 eager and
lazy; 342 corpus projects save the same in all four arms.

Every tr() source string in the code and the forms is now the English
text, and French is a translation (qet_fr.ts) like the other languages.
Generated, not hand-edited: master ef795a21e5 converted by
qet-en-source (harness 4c4ddc9).
3144 messages get an English source, 665 already had one, 0 left French; 8 shared-wording pairs disambiguated.
C++: 2904 literals in 233 files. Forms: 809 strings in 65 files. All 34 .ts files re-keyed; qet_fr.ts filled.
lupdate check: PASS. What each of 38 languages shows, old vs new: same 118266, English instead of French 38433, comment fallback 51, differences 0.
Forum report (qelectrotech.org/forum, topic 3125): "Export the names
of list of wires" doubled every conductor's name in the output - a
single conductor named "16AWG" was exported as two "16AWG" lines.
Root cause: ConductorNumExport::fillHash() incremented the name's
tally once per terminal instead of once per conductor - a separate
if-block for terminal1 and another for terminal2, each bumping the
same m_hash entry. Since an ordinary conductor has two terminals and
neither is a folio-report terminal in the common case, both blocks
fired and every real conductor was counted twice. wiresNum() then
faithfully repeats each name m_hash.value(key) times, so the doubled
count became doubled output lines.
Fixed by incrementing once per conductor, only skipping it entirely
when *both* ends are folio-report terminals (neither represents a
real connection) rather than checking each terminal independently.
Verified with a minimal two-conductor project via the --export-wires
CLI verb: pre-fix build produced 4 lines for 2 named conductors
(exact doubling), post-fix build produces the correct 2.

All export files that are derived from the project (BOM,
nomenclature, etc.) are saved in the same directory by default.
In this context, the standard directories have been grouped
together in qetapp.cpp / qetapp.h so that only one place needs
to be searched for in case of any adjustments.
