The checkbox of a terminal element was an all-or-nothing switch: while
it was unticked every conductor property (function, wire colour,
section, number...) crossed to the other side of the terminal, and
once it was ticked nothing did at all.
Rename it to "Function separation" and let one property still cross:
the voltage / protocol, which describes the electrical node itself
rather than one side of it. Conductor::functionSeparatedConductors()
returns the conductors reachable only by crossing such a terminal --
the potential computed with the separations ignored, minus the one
that respects them -- and
ConductorProperties::applyTensionProtocolChange() gives them that one
property, in the conductor properties dialog, the selection panel
multi-edit, the script API and search/replace.
The stored element information stays "potential_isolating", so
existing symbols and projects keep their setting, and the existing
sub-case of terminals sharing a potential-group identifier is
untouched. The German translation of the new label is deliberately
left out of this commit and belongs with the other .ts updates.
Every tr() source string in the code and the forms is now the English
text, and French is a translation (qet_fr.ts) like the other languages.
Generated, not hand-edited: master ef795a21e5 converted by
qet-en-source (harness 4c4ddc9).
3144 messages get an English source, 665 already had one, 0 left French; 8 shared-wording pairs disambiguated.
C++: 2904 literals in 233 files. Forms: 809 strings in 65 files. All 34 .ts files re-keyed; qet_fr.ts filled.
lupdate check: PASS. What each of 38 languages shows, old vs new: same 118266, English instead of French 38433, comment fallback 51, differences 0.
checkboxes to the element editor
These elementInformation keys were previously only editable on an
already-placed instance (via ElementInfoWidget on the diagram side).
Since elementInformation values are seeded from the .elmt file's own
<elementInformations> block at placement time, a symbol author had no
proper way to set these as the *default* for every future placement --
only a workaround via the generic, unvalidated key/value tree.
Adds dedicated checkboxes to ElementPropertiesEditorWidget, mirroring
ElementInfoWidget's own labels/behavior: auto_num_locked and
potential_isolating inside the existing terminal-only group
(m_terminal_gb, shown only for ElementData::Terminal), exclude_from_bom
always visible regardless of type. Written after the generic tree loop
so they take precedence over any stale raw entry for the same key.
No new storage or file format change -- purely a missing editor UI for
an already-existing mechanism.
Change the properties is now managed by undo command
