ispyisail 56c704be1f Merge #1473: a symbol's type stays in its folio, mismatched databases refused ...

The checks run once every folio is read. A .qetz written by this branch
has no keys in its tables, so a row twice is caught by the counts too.
A folio is copied as it was only from a database with the columns this
writes.
