ispyisail 7f05b23062 tst_movedterminals: count the wires joined, a wire not joined is kept now ...

A wire whose terminal is not matched is saved back as it was read (F128),
so the saved file holds it: the cases count the wires joined (saved, less
those QElectroTech says it did not load), and the cases that refuse a
match check the wire is still in the file.
