ispyisail 5292e290d1 Write a .qetz's folio parts in the order of the folios ...

A .qetz's folios kept as they were (not built since it was opened) had
their parts written first, then those of the folios built: saving the same
.qetz again with another folio built gave a zip with every part the same
and the parts in another order. Write them in the order of the folios,
the names of the parts kept still taken first so a folio built cannot
take one.
