ispyisail a1a457019b Fix #1611 : all the weights of a font in the Windows installer again

The installer's "Lancer QET.bat" still started QElectroTech with
"-platform windows:fontengine=freetype", a Qt5 workaround for
QTBUG-83161. Qt6 renders with DirectWrite and does not need it. The
FreeType engine lists a font by its GDI family only: Bahnschrift showed
as one family with Normal/Bold/Italic/Bold Italic, and the Light,
SemiLight and SemiBold families were gone. A text already set to
"Bahnschrift SemiLight" fell back to another font (Tahoma).

Checked with Qt 6.10.3 and 6.12.0 on Windows 11: with the default engine
all twelve Bahnschrift families are listed and "Bahnschrift SemiLight"
resolves to itself, with fontengine=freetype only "Bahnschrift" is.

The MSI and the portable "Lancer QET_qt6.bat" already started without
the option. Drop it from the other Windows launchers too.
