Improve language support section on all home pages
Added prominent language switcher table at top of each homepage:
- Home.md: English language switcher with direct links to French/German versions
- Home-FR.md: French language switcher with links to English/German versions
- Home-DE.md: German language switcher with links to English/French versions
Each switcher shows:
- Current language highlighted as "You are here!" / "Vous êtes ici!" / "Sie sind hier!"
- Quick links to key pages (Downloads, Quick Start, User Manual, FAQ) in each language
- Link to full languages.md page for all available translations
Improves UX by making language selection obvious and immediate from homepage.
Add German translations for Home and Quick Start Guide
New Pages:

- Complete German translation of Home page
- Erste Schritte (Getting Started) in German
- Documentation links in German
- Entwicklung (Development) section
- Quick reference table in German
