ispyisail 0b8a044c1f Add grid size and element size wiki page 
Explains the diagram grid settings, how the element editor rounds
saved element size to a multiple of 10, and why element sizes still
vary widely across the shipped collection (no formal size "scale"
exists, unlike model railway gauges).
