tests: give tst_lazyfolios room for real ASan runtime

Rows-only numbering reads cost roughly 2x master's wall-clock under
ASan (~2065s measured solo on an idle machine, vs master's
~1038-1071s). Two timeouts were tight enough to fail on that
legitimate cost alone: the script's own subprocess timeout and
ctest's TIMEOUT property for the test. Raised both with real margin.
