Terminal catalog: add the Phoenix Contact ST spring-cage terminals

Browse Source 
ST 1,5 (4.2 mm, 1.5 mm²), ST 2,5 and ST 2,5-QUATTRO (5.2 mm, 2.5 mm²)
and ST 4 (6.2 mm, 4 mm²), next to the UT screw terminals already listed.
Widths from the Phoenix Contact catalog and data sheets (ST 2,5-QUATTRO
3031306, ST 4 3037151, ST 1,5 3031076).
