elements: take upstream's submodule state again

Our branch still carried elements at b50bdd8 while upstream/master has
moved to b88197c, so pulling this branch would have rolled the element
library back by 13 commits (blocking review comment by ispyisail).

b50bdd8 is an ancestor of b88197c, so this is a fast-forward and nothing
of ours is lost: the 13 commits are upstream's own element fixes and its
repeated-terminal-name fixes. The pointer now matches upstream/master
exactly, so the branch no longer differs from master on this file at all.
