Kellermorph 208b5e1570 Leave the German translation file to lupdate ...

The review asked to keep hand-written entries out of the .ts: the file
is generated, and hand edits are lost with the next lupdate run anyway.
The strings of the labelling setting pick up their translation with the
next translation round.
