Issue #935. Changes the English translation only: "folio" becomes "sheet" in the 171 interface strings that use it, and the "Folio" label of the seven shipped title blocks becomes "Sheet". Variable names (%folio, %{folio-id}, %{previous-folio-num}, ...) are unchanged, so existing title blocks and labels keep working. French and the other languages are untouched.
