Drop stale pending notices: the drawing-workflow stack merged (#1042, #1050-#1057, #1060)

keyboard_control: placing a new symbol no longer needs a mouse, so the
'one real gap' section now says how to do it from the keyboard.

## The one real gap: placing a *new* element still needs a mouse

Placing a symbol used to be the one thing that needed a mouse: the only way
to put a catalog symbol on a folio was to drag it from the Collections panel.
It no longer is:
Read this first, because it's the thing most people asking about mouseless
control actually want, and it isn't fully there yet. **Dragging an element
from the Collections panel onto a diagram is the only way to place one
you've never used in this project before — there is no keyboard or
double-click equivalent.** Checked directly: double-clicking an element in
the Collections panel opens it in the **Element Editor**, not onto your
diagram, and neither Enter nor a context-menu action inserts it either.
| To | Do |
|---|---|
| Place a symbol from the Collections panel | select it (Tab into the panel, arrow keys, or type in the search box) and press **Enter**: the symbol attaches to the cursor. Double-click does the same. |
| Place the last symbol again | **A** |
| Pick a symbol at the cursor by name | **Insert** opens a picker; type part of the name and press **Enter** |
That's narrower than it used to be, though: if the element you want is
**already somewhere in the project**, copying and pasting it is now fully
keyboard-driven — see [Duplicating an existing
element](#duplicating-an-existing-element-without-a-mouse) below. The gap
that remains is specifically *the first instance of a catalog element in a
project*.
A preference makes double-click open the element editor again, as it used
to (**[Preferences reference](preferences)**, §1, *Interface*). Full details, including where the attached
symbol lands and how to cancel it, are on **[Drawing faster](drawing_faster)**.
If the element is **already somewhere in the project**, copying and pasting
it also works entirely from the keyboard — see [Duplicating an existing
element](#duplicating-an-existing-element-without-a-mouse) below.
